SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. All the shipping costs are cover from the client!

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Remenic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When dealing with Remenic, a brand by M&S Bright Industry Ltd, and when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.

Return & Refund Policy

The following terms apply to any products that you purchased from Us.

Interpretation

The words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  1. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Remenic

Returns & Refunds

As a customer, you are legally entitled to cancel a purchase.

This means that within a specified period, if you change your mind or decide for any reason that you no longer want a product, you can inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@remenic.com within 5 days of receiving the products. Include detailed information about the reason for the return and any relevant images if requested by Remenic.

There are two scenarios for returns and refunds

Scenario 1: If the return is due to an error on the part of the seller (e.g., the wrong product was delivered), the customer will receive a full refund for the product’s sale price, shipping charges, and insurance. The seller will also cover the cost of returning the products.

Scenario 2: If the return is not due to an error on the part of the seller (e.g., the customer changed their mind) and the product is eligible for return and refund (see exceptions below), the customer will receive a full refund for the product’s sale price, shipping charges, and insurance. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.

In both scenarios, the seller is obligated to process the refund within fourteen days from the day we receive the cancellation notification. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Please note that the customer must return or hand over the goods promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date of cancellation notification. The product must be returned to Remenic via insured shipping and include a tracking number; otherwise, it will not be accepted.

The customer will be responsible for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to unnecessary handling that goes beyond the testing of the product’s quality, properties, and function.

Please be aware that the right to return and refund does not apply to

  1. Goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

2. Products made to your specification, clearly personalized, custom-made, or commissioned in any way.

3. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
