Returns & Refund Policy
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@remenic.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Sealed goods (such as oral sprays) that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom items are exempt from the right of withdrawal
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Return shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping costs
- For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Cancellation & Subscription Policy
One-time orders: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@remenic.com. Once dispatched, the standard 14-day return and refund policy applies.
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days.
How to cancel: Email info@remenic.com with your order number or account details and we will process your cancellation promptly.
