Cancellation & Subscription Policy
One-time orders You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@remenic.com. Once dispatched, our standard 14-day return and refund policy applies.
Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of your first payment, provided the subscription service has not yet commenced. Once the service has begun with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply.
